Cainnt mo Mhàthar Mobile Exhibit

behindthescenes011.jpg

Cainnt mo Mhàthar is an online archive of first-language
speakers of Gaelic from Nova Scotia. This project was created
by Comhairle na Gàidhlig in
collaboration with the Highland Village Museum. The goal of the
project was to record these speakers for the purposes of creating
materials for use in Gaelic language instruction. This display
has integrated some of these recordings to help teach the public

about Gaelic language, culture and history.
